Google data and consultation records
This personal research agent uses Google OAuth to read and reply to messages in the Simon West account and to create or update case-specific Google Docs. Email originals remain in Gmail. The working database keeps message references, concise summaries, message previews, generated reply drafts, processing records, decisions, next actions, attachment metadata, and links between people, organizations, projects, and research cases.
For a new correspondent, the agent may search public web sources using only the sender’s name, email domain, and organization or role stated in the signature. It does not send the full email or attachments to web search. Official organization pages and public professional profiles are preferred; sensitive or unrelated personal information is not intentionally collected to add to a correspondent’s profile.
Stored facts retain their source and date so that changed or conflicting information can be corrected without silently rewriting history. Personal conversation memory is not shared with another person at the same organization. Requests involving sensitive matters, contracts, legal or medical issues, security, conflicting identity information, deletion, or correction are held for manual review.
The data is used only to operate Simon West’s research consultation workflow. It is not sold or used for advertising. OAuth credentials are kept outside the public source code and are used only to authenticate with Google. Consultation content, relevant memory, and supported attachments may be processed by OpenRouter and its model provider. Reply drafts may be processed through Codex for Korean editing. Structured records are stored in Supabase with server-only access.
You may request correction or deletion by emailing the address below. Processing pauses for manual review. Structured records about people, relationships and cases, interaction summaries, and related processing records and drafts are reviewed for deletion. Source-backed records are retained until manually deleted; no automatic expiry is currently configured. Gmail and Google Docs originals, backups, and provider-held records require separate retention or deletion handling.
The Simon West account owner can revoke access from that Google Account’s third-party connections. Stored credentials are deleted when they are no longer needed.
